  It did not take longer than an hour for me to feel right at home in Benalmadena, well maybe an hour and a half. It wasn't hard to make friends and everybody was very helpful. My host family was very kind and caring. I was immediately accepted into the family and felt like a part of it and the food was absolutely amazing. I can't say I have any complaints, it was just two close to perfect weeks which I enjoyed very much!  |

Location
Benalmadena is an attractive coastal town on the Costa del Sol. The old town still retains its character and charm, though the area next to the beach now has hotels, restaurants and cafes. Benalmadena offers a wide range of facilities and provides an ideal location for teenagers learning Spanish.
CourseSpanish lessons take place every morning. All teachers are fully qualified and experienced in the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language.

Accommodation
Accommodation is provided with carefully selected host families in twin rooms. Staying with a host family allows students to immerse themselves in the Spanish language and culture. All host families live in the centre of Benalmadena all within easy reach of the Spanish school.
Level of supervisionStudents are allowed some free time in the evenings and we ask all parents to provide us with a parental consent form giving their permission for students to go out. All excursions and sporting activities are supervised.

ActivitiesA full program of sports and cultural activities is included (tennis, badminton, football, basketball, beach volleyball, beach trips, theme evenings, parties). In addition, there is one full-day excursion each week (Granada, Seville, Cordeoba, Ronda) and one half-day excursion each week (Marbella, Nerja, Malaga, water-park).
TransfersAirport transfers from/to Malaga airport are included in the program.
SuitabilityThis program is ideal for students wishing to totally immerse themselves in the Spanish language and culture. Students attending the Spanish course are from a wide range of nationalities attend the course, all teenagers, aged 13-17 years.
