Ukraine is a fantastic location and a great alternative to Russia when it comes to learning the Russian language. Firstly, if you are from the European Union, United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea or Switzerland, you do not require a visa for visits to Ukraine of up to 90 days. The capital, Kiev, where our Russian language school is located is also the third largest Russian-speaking city outside of Russia, and 85% of the city’s population use Russian as their first language. In addition, the cost of living is much lower in Kiev than in Moscow or St Petersburg, including food, drink, transport and accommodation.
The Ukrainian people are well known for their hospitality and friendliness, and are sure to make you feel at home in their capital, Kiev. Ukraine has a temperate, continental climate, and is a very beautiful country, thanks to both its natural landscape and the historic architecture of the cities. Famous for its golden domed churches and cathedrals, Kiev has many wonderful historic sites that really are worth visiting. Amongst the most popular include the St. Sophia Cathedral and the Golden Gate, which are both located very close to our Russian language school in Kiev!

The ‘Standard’ course at our school in Ukraine consists of 20 Russian language lessons per week. This course can be arranged for any duration, from 1-36 weeks or more, and is suitable for students of all levels (from complete beginner to advanced). The maximum class size on our ‘Standard’ course is 12 students. |

| Mini-Group course |

If you would like to learn Russian in a smaller group, then our Mini-Group course could be perfect for you! You will still receive 20 Russian language lessons per week, although the maximum class size on this course is just 6 students. |

You can tailor your course of private lessons to meet your specific requirements! |

| Combined courses |

If you would like to study Russian in a group but also have some private lessons in which you can focus on specific areas of the language then you may like to consider one of our ‘Combined’ courses. These combine 20 group lessons plus 5 or 10 private lessons per week. |

| Evening course |

Most courses at our Russian language school in Ukraine take place during the day. However, our school does also offer an evening course for students who are busy during the day, but would still like to learn Russian! You can choose from 4 or 6 lessons per week. |
