French Courses in Switzerland |
Standard French Course: |
| |
This course is 20 lessons/week and is the most popular of all our French courses in Switzerland, as it allows you plenty of free time, whilst still being ‘intensive’ enough to ensure you make rapid progress with your French. |
 |
Intensive French Course: |
| |
This course consists of 25 lessons/week, providing extra immersion in the French language, giving you more practice, so that you learn French more quickly. |
 |
Super-Intensive French Course: |
| |
This course, 30 lessons/week, is an excellent choice if you want to learn as much French as possible during your stay in Switzerland. As you will study at our Swiss school in Montreux, a French-speaking part of Switzerland, you will also benefit from immersion in a French language environment. |
 |
Super-Combined French Courses: |
| |
These courses are a combination of a ‘Standard’ French Course and 8 private lessons per week. If you choose a ‘Super-Combined’ French course, you can use the private lessons to learn whatever is most important to you – perhaps you want to study for a specific exam, or learn the type of French that you need for your job. For example, if you need to learn French for reasons of work, you can study ‘Business French’ in these lessons. |
 |
DELF Examination Preparation Course: |
| |
This course consists of 25 lessons/week and is only suitable for students with an intermediate level of French, or above. |
 |
French Courses for Young Students: |
| |
These courses combine a French course with a program of activities, sports and visits. These ‘French Courses for Young Students’ run from April - October. Students can stay in an on-site residence, or else in carefully-selected French-speaking host families. In April-May there is the option to do Skiing/snowboarding in the Alps. Our French courses for young students are for students from 13-18 years (in Leysin) and from 14-18 years in Montreux For further details on our ‘French courses for Young Students’ in the Swiss Alps, or in France and in Canada, please contact us. |
 |
Remember, on most of our courses, you don’t have to study at just one school – You can divide your French course abroad between our French school in Switzerland and our French schools in France and Canada. People speak French with a different accent in different parts of the French speaking world, so if you choose to learn the language at more than one of our French schools, you will get used to the different accents with which French is spoken, in Canada and France, for example. These are just a few of the French language courses that we offer. Please contact us with any questions you may have. |
